Running outdoors during the winter months isn't for everyone, especially in the frigid temperatures sometimes experienced in Canada.
This evening was a frosty -7 degrees Celsius and the trail was absolute magic. Dressed in layers, each stride, exhaling steamed breaths; I watch as the music plays.
Winter's dance is quite a show.
